*** Due to Covid 19/Vaccines being shipped out via postal and holiday rush, shipping has slowed. We have no control over that. We apologize for any inconvenience. And, due to shortages in our warehouse. We are processing orders asap. Note, if you place an order after business hours, it will be processed the next business day. But, even working short. We have been able to get things shipped from our warehouse.
If your order isn't received within 8 to 14 business days, we will refund 50% of your receipt. That's our guarantee. Because we value you as a customer.
WE SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We have a flat shipping rate at this time. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page to see the shipping rate. Price subject to change.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
All orders are processed and verified within 3-5 business days. Orders start processing the same day if ordered before 3 pm Eastern. Anything thereafter will be processed next business day due to high demand in orders daily.
No need to contact us asking where is my order. Please allow the 5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) to process orders. You will receive an email once shipped. And, a tracking number will follow. If there are any problems with your order we will reach out to you. Also, if you would like to skip the line, you can enter a note on your order letting us know you would like to expedite your order. That will be an additional charge of $25.00.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
United States Orders
1. USPS standard shipping 3-7 business days.
2. Priority 2-5 business days
International Orders: $50 to shipping flat rate that will be added to orders, if it is higher than that amount. It will be added to the order. You have the option to cancel the order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
